Vallair est une entreprise aéronautique aux multiples facettes qui optimise la durée de vie et la valeur des avions, des moteurs et des pièces.

**Rôle**:
Reportant au Responsable de la BU Engines, le Technicien moteur a en charge les travaux et organisation de l’activité sur les différents types de moteurs dans un souci d’amélioration continue de la qualité, de l’environnement, du respect des délais et de la rentabilité des affaires.

**Missions principales**:
Développer les opérations de démantèlements et les activités de maintenance shop moteurs à Châteauroux, en France, afin de soutenir les objectifs de la société, en optimisant l’utilisation des ressources disponibles et en créant un environnement serein et efficace, soit:

- Réaliser les tâches de dépose de l’ensemble des composants d’un moteur. Identifier tous les éléments en accord avec IPC.
- Porter assistance aux intervenants extérieurs habilités à recertifier un moteur après travaux.
- Aider à développer l’activité maintenance (Demoduling/Moduling, Remplacement de pièces)
- Participer à la formation et à l’intégration des nouveaux techniciens.
- Soutenir les initiatives clés d'approvisionnement et / ou les partenariats dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement afin d'atteindre les objectifs de réduction des coûts, d'augmenter le volume des stocks, d'améliorer les niveaux de service pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Utiliser des pratiques et des méthodologies allégées pour favoriser l'amélioration continue et l'élimination des déchets dans les opérations relatives aux activités moteurs.
- Développer et exécuter la charge de travail boroscope sur moteurs CFM et V2500 (qualité des rapports et rapidité d’exécution).
- Dans la cadre de l’activité boroscope, peut être amené à se déplacer sur le site de MPL ou sur un autre site en France, Europe etc..
- Veiller à la bonne utilisation des outillages (procédure, entretien, suivi étalonnage si nécessaire), au rangement, propreté du shop moteur.

Respecter les règles, procédures et règlementations applicables suivant Part 145, MOE, le MGS ainsi que les procédures d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement de la société.

**Compétences et qualités requises**:

- Rigueur, fiabilité, précision, autonomie et réactivité.
- Savoir utiliser l’ESM et maîtrise du pack office (excel, word)
- Maitriser l’anglais technique
- Confidentialité

**Profil**:

- Expérience et qualification sur les travaux de maintenance moteurs.
- Avoir des connaissances approfondies sur les moteurs CFM, V2500, RR
- BAC professionnel

- **Role**:
Reporting to the BU Engines Manager, the Engine Technician is responsible for the work and organization of activities on various engine types with a focus on continuous quality improvement, the environment, respect of deadlines, and business profitability.

**Main missions**:
Develop engine maintenance shop operations and dismantle activities in Châteauroux, France, in order to support the company's goals by optimizing available resources and creating a serene and efficient environment, including:

- Perform the task of removing all components of an engine.
- Identify all elements in accordance with IPC
- Provide support to external stakeholders authorized to recertify an engine after maintenance work.
- Help to develop the maintenance activity (Demoduling/Moduling, Component Replacement).
- Participate in the training and integration of new technicians.
- Support key supply chain initiatives and/or partnerships to achieve cost reduction goals, increase inventory levels, and improve service levels to meet customer needs.
- Use lean practices and methodologies to promote continuous improvement and waste elimination in engine-related operations.
- Develop and perform borescope work on CFM and V2500 engines (quality of reports and execution speed).
- As part of the borescope activity, may be required to travel to the MPL site or another site in France, Europe, etc.
- Ensure the proper use of tools (procedure, maintenance, calibration follow-up if necessary), storage, and cleanliness of the engine shop.

Adhere to the rules, procedures, and regulations applicable under Part 145, MOE, MGS, and the company's health, safety, and environmental procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualities**:

- Rigor, reliability, accuracy, autonomy, and responsiveness.
- Ability to use ESM and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Proficiency in technical English.
- Confidentiality.

**Profil**:

- Experience and qualification on engine maintenance work.
- In-depth knowledge of CFM, V2500, RR engines
