**About us**:
Lokad is a company founded in 2008, specializing in supply chain optimization.

We assist companies from various industries (aerospace, fashion, automotive, e-commerce, etc.) in forecasting and making decisions regarding their inventory.

The majority of our clients are based outside of France, primarily in North America and Europe.

Our team, consisting of around fifty individuals, is entirely based in Paris and comprises international profiles, with a predominant number of engineers.

We are looking to hire a Part-time Legal Manager, someone capable of assisting us with various legal situations related to our B2B software publishing activity.

The workload is part-time, but we expect a high level of responsiveness during specific days of the year, particularly during contract closures with our major prospects. If you believe you possess these qualities, please continue reading to learn more

**Responsibilities**:

- Review, revise, and negotiate NDAs and client contracts for Lokad, covering all legal aspects. We have a sales team for commercial negotiation.
- Produce employment contracts for Lokad with the assistance of external law firms, as well as various legal documents related to the company's operations (e.g., collective agreements).
- Assist the company in compiling various administrative files, such as the Research Tax Credit (Crédit Impôt Recherche).
- Maintain legal archives and assist in the drafting of certain legal or para-legal documents.

**Desired Qualities and Requirements**:

- Energetic and organized, with great attention to detail and a constant drive to optimize your own work environment and that of others.
- Demonstrates initiative and judgment, capable of prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing circumstances to reassess priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both within the internal team and with clients and suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with impeccable proficiency in both French and English.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and good overall software skills (Sharepoint, Trello, CRM, etc.).
- Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Master's degree in law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm.

The position is based in Paris. Our offices are located in the 13th arrondissement, just across from Chevaleret Station (Line 6). This is a part-time, permanent position that requires on-site presence and is available as soon as possible.
