Wajer Yachts is een Nederlands familiebedrijf met een internationaal werkveld. Hoewel we op verschillende plekken ter wereld gevestigd zijn, zijn onze locaties in Heeg, Heerenveen en Lemmer (Friesland) het kloppend hart van ons bedrijf. Hier wordt met een team van circa 300 collega’s gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling, het design, de bouw en het testen van zo’n 60-70 jachten per jaar. Ons sales
- en marketingteam werkt vanuit een prachtig kantoor in Amsterdam. Vanuit onze buitenlandse servicehubs (o.a. Zuid-Frankrijk, Ibiza, Mallorca en Miami) bieden wij onze klanten met ons Care programma een ongeëvenaarde service. Eigenaar zijn van een Wajer betekent namelijk maximaal vaarplezier, “without a worry”. Drie simpele woorden die voor ons de grondslag van onze bedrijfsvoering vormen. Van het schoonmaken, tanken, bijvullen van de koelkasten en afdekken van de boten tot aan het uitstippelen van vaar trips.

**Wat ga je doen?**

Als Business Support Officer ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de ultieme klantervaring en hoge klanttevredenheidsscores. Je coördineert de dagelijkse administratieve en commerciële werkzaamheden vanuit ons kantoor in de haven van Port Grimaud voor al onze servicehubs in Zuid-Frankrijk.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, lokale partners en medewerkers van Wajer. Intern onderhoud je veel contact met verschillende teams (Sales, HR, Finance) en zorg je voor een goede onderlinge afstemming. Je bouwt actief aan onze snelgroeiende activiteiten en de bijbehorende organisatie.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en administratieve taken rondom onze charters. Je bent betrokken bij diverse activiteiten, waaronder het behandelen van aanvragen, plannen en roosteren en het verzamelen en verwerken van voorkeuren. Je legt en onderhoudt lokale contacten met de beste hotels, taxi's en restaurants om ervoor te zorgen dat je de beste beschikbare opties en aanbevelingen hebt wanneer onze (charter)klanten deze nodig hebben.

Je werkt nauw samen met de andere Business Support Officers, Operations en Area Manager (jouw manager) en ondersteunt hen in hun werk. Het is een brede rol binnen een zeer dynamische werkomgeving. Je begrijpt de ins en outs van onze organisatie en laat niets aan het toeval over.

**Wat breng je mee?**

We zoeken een echte multitasker, iemand die gestructureerd en organisatorisch sterk is. Je bent zeer klantgericht en enthousiast en hebt een hoog energieniveau. Je weet gedurende het dynamische hoogseizoen altijd scherp te blijven.

Daarnaast:

- Een afgeronde hbo
- of universitaire opleiding in een commerciële of hospitality richting
- Minimaal 1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Een commitment voor deze functie voor de komende 2-3 jaar is vereist
- Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en een goed financieel en commercieel inzicht
- Een goed gevoel voor gastvrijheid en een hoog serviceniveau

In deze functie woon en werk je in Zuid-Frankrijk, in ieder geval tijdens de maanden april t/m oktober. In de winter kun je eventueel ook werken vanuit onze kantoren in Nederland.
