Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Business Support Coordinator in France. This role will report directly to the Team Leader of Business Support for the Benelux region and France, focusing on providing assistance to the surveyor network across France, facilitating interactions with customers and colleagues globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer service inquiries, collaborating with technical teams, surveyors, team leaders, and other global units, including approval centers.
- Organize inspection schedules to ensure timely service delivery for our valued clients.
- Oversee contract management in partnership with surveyors and production managers.
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately.
- Support production teams in monitoring ongoing projects and planning future activities.
- Assist the finance department with accounts receivable tasks.
- Handle office management duties efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in business English and French is essential.
