**Votre mission**:
Au sein de la Direction Cybersécurité du groupe COLAS, vous êtes responsable du pôle de Ingénierie et Architecture Cyber. Vous travaillerez dans un contexte international avec les équipes IS/IT, Métiers et Cyber du groupe.

**Vos principales responsabilités**:

- Vous pilotez les activités d’intégration de la Cyber Sécurité dans les projets et donc organisez l’accompagnement cyber des évolutions portées sur les SI COLAS:

- Evaluation des besoins de sécurisation,
- Analyse de risques,
- Définition des exigences cyber spécifiques
- Organisation des contrôles de conformité
- Vous organisez l’expertise cyber apportée aux projets de sécurisation des SI COLAS, en particulier dans la spécification du paramétrage des solutions de sécurisation des SI.
- Vous contribuez à la rédaction et la publication des directives de cyber sécurité.
- Vous êtes responsable de la déclinaison des directives de cyber sécurité en dispositifs.
- Vous accompagnez le développement des architectures de sécurité au sein du SI, en cohérence avec la stratégie IT et les politiques de sécurité de l’organisation.
- Vous participez à définir la stratégie cyber du groupe, en accord avec la stratégie Métiers, la stratégie IS/IT et les risques cyber, et la déclinez en architecture cyber cible des SI COLAS à 1 et 3 ans.
- Vous êtes responsable de la veille technologique cyber.
- Vous participez à la vie de la communauté Ingénierie&Architecture cyber au sein du groupe BOUYGUES.

Pour ce faire, vous avez la responsabilité des Product Security Officers et des Cyber Architects, et rapportez directement au Directeur Cyber de COLAS.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un BAC+5, idéalement en informatique avec une spécialisation cyber et justifiez d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire ou d’au moins 6 ans sur une fonction d’architecte cyber.
- Vous avez une expérience de pentester ou de réponse à incidents.
- Vous maitrisez les fondamentaux dans les principaux domaines de la sécurité des systèmes d’information, ainsi que les solutions de sécurité du marché.
- Vous maitrisez le système d’information, l’urbanisation et l’architecture du SI. Vous maitrisez notamment les environnements Cloud Azure.
- Vous avez une connaissance des menaces cyber.
- Vous connaissez les législations, les normes et les standards internationaux dans le domaine de la cyber sécurité : normes ISO 2700X, framework NIST, réglementations Data Privacy, guides de bonnes pratiques des agences ANSII/ENISA/CISA/, directive NIS,
- Vous maitrisez l’analyse de risques cyber via la méthode EBIOS RM.
- Vous avez une expérience de management hiérarchique ou fonctionnel.
