**The missions**
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director is responsible for developing the Education and Inclusion thematic pillar of the Advens for People and Planet Endowment Fund. He/she is in charge of designing and managing initiatives, programs and partnerships, both in France and internationally, fundraising, partnership management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and measuring the impact of programs. He/she will work closely with the manager of the inclusive Cyber Academy program.
**1. Design and Management of Education and Inclusion Initiatives**:
- Define and implement an overall strategy for programs and partnerships related to the education, skill training and inclusion theme, aligning with the endowment fund's impact thesis.
- Develop ongoing initiatives (Cybercitizens Fresco, Inclusive Cyber Academy) focused on raising awareness, facilitating inclusive access and defending equal opportunities in the digital professions, with a particular focus on the cyber security sector.
**2. Financing the Programs**:
- Identify funding opportunities, including donations, educational or inclusive partnerships, or any other form of income permissed by the endowment fund.
- Draft and follow up on innovative funding proposals tailored to educational and inclusive issues.
**3. Partnership Management**:
- Create and manage strategic partnerships with organizations (associations, NGOs, public institutions, schools, media, etc.) that provide the best impact in line with the objectives of the endowment's impact thesis.
- Coordinate collaborative efforts to enhance education and inclusion through innovative approaches.***
**4. Stakeholder Commitment**:
- Develop initiatives to involve employees and customers in promoting education/inclusion and fostering a society that values diversity.
- Organize events and activities to raise awareness and mobilize communities around educational and inclusive issues.
**5. Communication**:
- Develop communication strategies to raise awareness of the challenges and opportunities of education, skill training and inclusion.
- Create impactful content to share the results of programs and partnerships and generate interest in the cause.***
**6. Measuring Impact**:
- Develop specific performance indicators to assess the impact of programs and partnerships in the thematic area.
- Prepare detailed impact reports enabling all stakeholders, internal and external, to appreciate their support for the endowment fund's actions on the education and inclusion theme.
**Qualifications**:
**Skills required**
- In-depth understanding of education, skill training and inclusion issues
- Experience in managing complex projects
- Strong ability to write and promote editorial content
- Proven skills in fundraising and proposal writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain partnership relations with public and private actors.
- Fluency in French and English. Knowledge of German, Italian or Spanish is a plus
**Education and experience**:Significant professional experience in the field of youth and talent development (education, culture, training skills, professional integration, etc.)
