**CIB - Quant Portfolio Manager - Portfolio Active Management Team H/F**

**SUR LE TERRAIN, ÇA DONNE QUOI ?**:
Au sein de CIB Global Banking, en tant que Quant Portfolio Active Manager, votre rôle sera de développer les modèles et outils utilisés pour identifier et structurer les solutions de distribution de risque pour améliorer la gestion de capital et du risque de crédit pour CIB et le Groupe, en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes de structuration et de distribution de SPG (Securitised Products Group). Au quotidien vos missions seront les suivantes.

**1.** **Identification, structuration, exécution et suivi des opérations**

Les solutions de distribution de risque principalement utilisées sont : titrisations, CDS, assurances, ventes de prêts, CLO, CLN, Garanties Financières.

Ø Développer ou améliorer les modèles et outils de revue de portefeuille afin identifier les opportunités d'optimisation
- Développement de modèles et outils de recherche d’opportunité d’assurance et de CDS
- Développement de modèles de pré-screening d’opportunité de titrisation
- Développement de bases de données, requêtes et calculs

Ø Développer ou améliorer les modèles et outils de pricing et structuration des transactions
- Optimiser la taille d’un portefeuille de titrisation sous contraintes
- Développer un modèle de pricing de tranche de titrisation

Ø Participer à la structuration et l’exécution des transactions
- Travailler au sein d’une deal team avec les équipes structuration, juridique, syndicate
- Optimiser la structuration de portefeuille en fonction de critères négociés avec les investisseurs
- Proposer des choix de structuration afin de maximiser les objectifs de la transaction (volume, profitabilité)

Ø Suivi des transactions et gestion des transactions existantes
- Suivi régulier du P&L et de l'efficacité des transactions (économie de capital, création de valeur)
- Contribuer aux propositions pour modifier ou remplacer les transactions en portefeuille pour optimiser l'efficacité

**2.** **Veille du marché, veille réglementaire**

Ø Suivi des évolutions du marché et de la réglementation
- Suivi du marché du crédit : spreads de crédit, principaux outlook crédit, décisions des banques centrales, principales actualités
- Suivi des sujets réglementaires pour anticiper et adapter les transactions (réglementation future telle que CRR 3 / Bâle IV)

**3.** **Industrialisation, efficacité**

Ø Participer à l'amélioration des outils (outils de détection, outils de pricing, outils de suivi)

Ø Participer à l'industrialisation des processus et à l'amélioration de l'efficacité des actions

Ø Participer à des projets collaboratifs

**LES MISSIONS C’EST IMPORTANT, L’ÉQUIPE ET L’ENVIRONNEMENT AUSSI **:
Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Resource & Portfolio Management (RPM). Au sein de Securitised Product Group (SPG), RPM combine les solutions de gestion du capital et du risque de CIB et du Groupe, la plate-forme de distribution d'assurances, la compagnie d'assurance-crédit interne de BNPP (GreenStars) et les activités de gestion de portefeuille de titrisation.

RPM a pour mandat le développement et l'intensification du rôle de conseil et d'exécution en matière de gestion du capital et des risques pour CIB et le reste du groupe.

Portfolio Active Management (PAM), identifie les opportunités de gestion et développe des solutions de distribution pour améliorer la gestion de capital et du risque de crédit pour CIB et le Groupe, en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes de structuration et de distribution de SPG.

Au sein de PAM, la cellule Quant est en charge de développer les modèles et outils utilisés pour identifier et structurer les solutions de distribution de risque.

Vous serez situés au 37 place du Marché Saint Honoré, Paris 1er (Metro Opéra, Pyramides, Tuileries)

Vous aurez l'opportunité d'évoluer dans un environnement transactionnel, au coeur des métiers de financement, en lien avec la stratégie de distribution de CIB.

Ce poste vous permettra d'acquérir une expérience forte en finance sur la couverture du risque de crédit et les réglementations, ainsi que sur le financement des Corporate chez BNPP-CIB.

Les possibilités d'évolution au sein de CIB et BNPP, seront nombreuses, en portfolio management ou plus largement au sein du groupe.
