Depuis plus de 15 ans, nous concevons et produisons une large gamme de miroirs déformables, des

capteurs de front d’onde, des logiciels jusqu’aux systèmes sur-mesure. L’optique adaptative (OA) est

aujourd’hui une technologie bien connue des concepteurs de systèmes optiques. C’est peut-être parce

qu’à première vue, elle paraît magique. Une image floue entre dans le système d’OA et en ressort plus

nette La technologie et l'expertise d’ALPAO permettent aux utilisateurs de corriger les déformations

des rayons optiques en temps réel et ainsi de récupérer des images de très haute résolution.

Nos produits sont conçus tant pour la recherche et communautés scientifiques que pour l’industrie

quantiques, l’ophtalmologie, la microscopie, la microélectronique, le contrôle industriel, ou encore les

scientifiques pluridisciplinaires, avec notamment le développement de miroirs déformables pour le plus

grand télescope mondial _Extremely Large Telescope _(Chili)_ _et des collaborations avec des prix Nobels,

pour répondre à des projets de recherche d’envergure internationale.

Exportatrice à plus de 90%, nous comptons par exemple dans nos clients privilégiés des grands

organismes tels que Airbus Space & Defense, Thales, Carl Zeiss ou bien encore l’université d’Harvard et

l’observatoire du W.M. Keck, à Hawaï.

**Le poste et les missions**

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recrutons un **Chef de projets techniques junior H/F **pour

renforcer nos équipes. Rattaché au Directeur technique, vous serez en charge du pilotage et de

l’organisation de projets de développements produits et de projets d’amélioration produits ou

processus.

1. Organisation et planification:

- Définir les structures et règles de fonctionnement du projet en interface avec le client

(planning prévisionnel, budget, livrables ) puis définir les tâches, ressources et timing avec

l’équipe technique et les mettre en œuvre
- Définir les procédures projet, qualité et documentation mises en place et former les équipes

techniques sur les processus ainsi définis

2. Gestion technique, administrative et budgétaire
- Définir les ressources humaines nécessaires aux projets et répartir le travail en

collaboration étroite avec le Directeur technique

- Superviser et coordonner le travail de l’ensemble des acteurs concernés, internes ou

externes (dont les sous-traitants et fournisseurs)
- Suivre et contrôler le déroulement des projets, l’exécution du planning et le respect du

budget
- Superviser les commandes liées au projet
- Organiser et animer des réunions et des points réguliers avec l’ensemble des partenaires
- Assurer les reportings à la hiérarchie, notamment tableaux de bords et indicateurs
- Élaborer les dossiers techniques en relation avec les équipes techniques
- S’assurer du respect des normes qualités et réglementaires en fonction des normes en

vigueur

**Le profil et compétences souhaitées**

De formation ingénieur généraliste avec idéalement une spécialisation en optique, physique ou

micromécanique, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie dans la gestion de projet/conception

de produits industriels.

Vous parlez couramment anglais.

Vous avez une première expérience dans le pilotage de projets complexes et innovants dans des

secteurs exigeants (haute technologie, produits à forte valeur ajoutée, production petite et moyenne

série), avec une expérience en gestion de projets (6 Sigma idéalement), en planification de projet,

développement produit.

Vous savez communiquer efficacement avec des personnes de profils variés (scientifiques, industriels,

techniques, commerciaux) et savez rapidement identifier les objectifs et contraintes de vos

interlocuteurs.

Vous aimez évoluer dans un secteur hautement innovant. Vous disposez d’un grand sens relationnel et

êtes autonome. Vous faites preuve de rigueur et de dynamisme, et aimez évoluer dans un

environnement challengeant.
