développement de miroirs déformables pour le plus grand télescope mondial ou bien la collaboration avec

l’équipe du Prix Nobel de Physique, Reinhard GENZEL et Andrea GHEZ, en équipant l’un des instruments
clés qui a servi pour la recherche sur le trou noir supermassif de la Voie lactée.

La technologie innovante d’ALPAO permet aux utilisateurs de corriger des aberrations optiques en temps
réel et ainsi de récupérer des images de très haute résolution.

**LA MISSION
Pour répondre à une forte croissance de la société et à un potentiel de développement majeur, nous créons

un poste d’**Ingénieur/Technicien Industrialisation Mécatronique (H/F).**

Rattaché au responsable Production et Méthodes, vous serez en charge du développement des procédés

de fabrication et des outillages pour les produits de la société.

Vous travaillerez sur des produits très techniques, à forte valeur ajoutée pour des clients internationaux à

fort niveau d’exigence. La gamme de produits est très variée (miroirs de différentes tailles, senseurs de front
d’onde, électroniques). Au sein d’équipe à taille humaine, vous travaillerez sur la totalité des étapes de
fabrication d’un miroir avec la satisfaction de sortir un produit fini complet et testé en fin de fabrication.

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes:
1) Développement des processus de fabrication:
Valider en avance de phase les procédés de fabrication dans les projets R&D
Dimensionner les étapes de fabrication pour garantir la capacité et les cadences
Développer et qualifier les procédés de fabrication pour les produits série
Définir l’organisation et l’ergonomie des postes de travail
Documenter les systèmes (MBOM, BOP, gammes de fabrication, instructions de montage)

2) Développement des outillages:
Développer et qualifier les moyens de fabrication simples (supports, moyens de
manutention, adaptations mécaniques)

Développer et améliorer les moyens de fabrication automatisés (robots, moyens de
mesure, moyens de tests):

- Définition du cahier des charges et des spécifications techniques
- Dessiner / acheter les outillages avec l’aide du service achat
- Développer le code associé
- Qualifier les outillages (capabilité, répétabilité)

3) Autres missions:
Mettre en place et gérer les plans de maintenance des équipements / outillages
Effectuer la maintenance deuxième niveau des équipements
Développer et améliorer le packaging des produits

**PROFIL**

De formation ingénieur ou technicien mécatronique, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie en
développement micromécanique (produit ou outillage). Vous maîtrisez un outil de CAO (idéalement

SolidWorks) et savez coder en programmation objet (idéalement MatLab, Python).

Une expérience en milieu industriel sur un poste méthodes serait un plus (fabrication discrète petite ou

moyenne série), des connaissances en optique peuvent être très intéressantes.

Vous parlez couramment anglais.
