Pour renforcer nos équipes de garantie, Alstom recherche un **Field Engineer SAV F/H**.
Votre objectif principal sera d'améliorer la fiabilité de sous-systèmes (portes d'accès voyageur, freins, HVAC, PIES par exemple) de différents matériels roulants en exploitation. Pour cela, vos missions consisteront plus précisément à:
Soutenir les opérations:
- Être en contact direct et régulier avec les techniciens du dépôt, pour être proactif dans la recherche et l'analyse des pannes.
- Être disponible et actif pour le support aux techniciens
- Remplir la base de données des guides de dépannages (GDS)
- Devenir le référent technique des techniciens de dépôt, et donner des formations sur les sous-systèmes de votre portefeuille.
Soutenir la croissance de la fiabilité:
- Analyser les modes de défaillance spécifiques, expertiser les pièces (sur le train ou sur banc d'essai), fournir des rapports avec des preuves.
- Participer à l’identification des causes profondes et actions correctives en interface avec ENG RS / Qualité / Fournisseurs
- Analyser les incidents, réaliser le suivi sur la flotte et le lancement de nouveaux contrôles sur les sytèmes en charge
Soutenir d'autres fonctions:
- Soutenir le Mananger de Projet SAV PrPIM
- Participer au retour d'expérience sur le terrain afin d'envisager une nouvelle conception (Gate Design ou autre).
Profil recherché:
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Technicien expérimenté
- Connaissance approfondie du matériel ferroviaire et de ses systèmes électriques et mécaniques
- Esprit d'analyse et d'initiative
- Travail en équipe et en organisation matricielle
- Solides compétences en communication et force de persuasion
- Déplacement à prévoir sur 20% du temps
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
