**Poste et missions**:
Vous rejoignez le Transformation Management Office de Natixis, qui est en charge de piloter la transformation de l’entreprise en ligne avec la feuille de route de la Direction Générale.
Les typologies de projets gérées par le département sont:
- des projets d’organisation, d’évolution des modèles opérationnels lancés par les métiers pour se développer, s’adapter à de nouvelles contraintes et accroître leur performance ;
- des projets d’efficacité opérationnelle visant à améliorer l’expérience clients, l’expérience collaborateurs, renforcer la maîtrise des risques opérationnels, améliorer la productivité et fournir des outils et moyens de pilotage aux managers.
En tant que Project Leader, vous êtes en charge de projets sur le pole Asset & Wealth Management, sous la supervision d'un Managing Partner.
Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de:
- Cadrer et piloter les programmes / projets / études qui vous seront confiés ;
- Encadrer les équipes de consultants affectés aux missions et accompagner leur montée en compétence ;
- Assurer le rôle de référent sur les sujets AWM, en lien avec le Managing Partner AWM de TMO ;
- Assurer une qualité de livraison et des résultats conformes aux attentes des sponsors, afin de garantir leur satisfaction au travers du Net Promoter Score ;
- Intégrer l’ensemble des leviers de transformation des entreprises, notamment les nouveaux modes de fonctionnement, les solutions technologiques innovantes ainsi que les nouveaux modes de conduite de projets.

De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 8 ans dans les domaines du consulting, de la gestion de projet ou de la stratégie, idéalement au sein d’un cabinet de conseil ou de stratégie sur des sujets d’efficacité opérationnelle et de Target Operating Model.
Vous maîtrisez:
- Le pilotage de grands projets transformants dans le domaine de l'Asset & Wealth Management ;
- Les processus et modèles d'organisation.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes:
- Capable de collaborer, fédérer les équipes et faire avancer les projets en mode matriciel / fonctionnel ;
- Rigoureux, organisé et exigent ;
- Reconnu pour votre leadership et votre faculté à apporter du challenge constructif.
