**Description du poste**:
Rejoignez notre Direction des Systèmes d’Information en tant que Chargé de Marketing et Communication SI Positionnez la valeur et le rôle de notre département SI au sein de l'entreprise. Vous élaborerez et exécuterez des stratégies de communication efficaces, tant en interne qu'en externe, mettant en avant nos réussites et nos priorités auprès des parties prenantes clés. Développez des relations solides avec les clients internes et les utilisateurs tout en mettant en œuvre des tactiques de marketing et de communication structurées pour répondre à leurs besoinsmétiers. Le poste est basé à Paris avec des déplacements professionnels.

**Responsabilités**:

- Participe à la définition de la stratégie de communication.
- Elaborer le plan de communication interne et externe, et piloter son exécution.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la Direction de la Communication Groupe pour l'ensemble des sujets relevant de la communication externe à Eramet
- Piloter et réaliser la production de contenu : articles, infographies, vidéospour les différents canaux (réseaux sociaux, web, newsletter, etc.)
- Faire connaitre l’offre de service et le catalogue de service de la DSI auprès des utilisateurs.
- Accompagner les projets SI dans leur communication opérationnelle vers les utilisateurs.
- Elaborer et diffuse un reporting institutionnel de la DSI en consolidant les informations de l’ensemble des activités.
- Organiser et anime les événements internes DSI et des « clubs utilisateurs » et des événements autour des projets/services de la DSI.
- Mesurer régulièrement la satisfaction des clients et des utilisateurs via des enquêtes.
- Développer l’expérience client « Customer Experience » de la DSI.
- Effectue de la veille concurrentielle auprès d’autres DSI.

**Votre Profil**:
Bac +5 en Communication/Marketing Digital avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans les postes similaires. Expérience dans une DSI ou forte appétence dans le secteur des nouvelles technologies.

**Compétences clés**:

- Bon relationnel pour être identifié auprès des équipes et favoriser l’échange d’informations
- Curiosité et appétence pour des sujets / innovants
- Organisation : capacité à gérer des projets en lien avec plusieurs entités dans les délais impartis
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais.
- Maitrise des outils digitaux : montage vidéo, graphismes (suite Adobe, Photoshop), réseaux sociaux
