The **digital business Sales Engagement Coordinator **supports the Digital sales and BD community by facilitating value proposition sharing, fostering collaboration, and implementing communication strategies to enhance customer awareness. He / She possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a good understanding of sales processes, and a passion for building strong professional networks.

He/She will report directly to the Sales Enablement Manager of Digital Business organization.
- **External engagement**: Build and grow the customer community around Digital Business value proposition through various online and offline channels by aligning with digital sales team, T.EN industry experts and T.EN Communication and Marketing. He/She will especially define the LinkedIn campaign to support digital business strategy.
- **Internal Engagement**: Foster a sense of belonging and engagement by creating and implementing internal communication and engagement strategies to drive active participation, interaction, and knowledge sharing among T.EN sales community. He/She will define internal knowledge sharing through any event like yammer or internal webinar.
- **Content Creation**: Develop high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and webinars, that address the needs and interests of customers aligned with digital sales strategy.
- **Metrics and Analysis**: Track and analyze Digital Sales engagement metrics, such as sales participation in external events or content consumption, to measure the impact of pre-sales initiatives on the market and identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate cross-functionally with all T.EN organizations to align and communicate Digital Business strategy and ensure consistent messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of sales processes and strategies, with a first experience in supporting sales outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture professional networks and communities.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze community metrics to drive data-based decision-making.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and emerging technologies.
