**What you will do**:
To achieve this ambition, we want to support the development of the origination and structuring activity in Europe with Large Corporates and Middle Market Enterprises in CMB (commercial banking). In this context, we are actively seeking a Senior Sustainable Financing Analyst, with strong ESG skill. This position amis to cover all the sustainable finance products (no matter the financing market) and in particular Sustainability-Linked Loans.

**In this role you will**:

- Support actively the origination activity preparing client presentations and maintaining the ESG dialogue with the clients which involves : collecting and analyzing ESG data and information, peers comparisons, sector research, recommendations on ESG structuration options adapted to the financing, recommendation regarding our multipartnership, etc
- Originate sustainable lending transactions on the MME market and / or support the presentation with LC on technical aspects
- Be a key partner of CE countries on preparing clients’ meeting, providing ESG dedicated material to support local RMs, and attend client’s meetings
- Respond to RFPs in Continental Europe which are becoming more and more complex and sophisticated and coordinate with internal experts
- Be fully involved on execution by structuring Green financing or Sustainability-Linked Loans with SFOS (Sustainable Finance Origination & Structuring) originators
- Participate to the ESG training effort, bringing your expertise to training sessions delivered to internal stakeholders on CSR topics across Continental Europe.
- Actively monitor current events/transactions/ ESG news on sustainable finance and, in particular, the evolution of the ecosystem in order to enrich and develop our offer in a relevant manner.
- Support the Junior’s expertise development
Conditions
- A solid knowledge of sustainable finance (minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in this area) as well as corporate financing markets are desired
- A good knowledge of investment banking products is a plus (DCM, ECM)
- High degree of analytical thinking
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
- Motivated individual and team player
- Fluency in English. Second European language of advantage
