CEVA Logistics' Global CargoWise One (CWO) Project Team is expanding and adding additional Deployment and Requirements Experts to the team

Currently seeking Requirements Expert to focus on EDI Integration.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Global CWO Transformation Heard of Requirements, this role is responsible for analyzing, validating, documenting, and testing the technical, operational and customer related requirements with a primary focus on EDI Integration in/out of CWO.

The role will engage closely with the business representatives, IT, and regional/country project teams.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Assist in the conducting of the local Country Pre-Deployment Assessments with objective to identify, validate and document country system gaps, local business/customer requirement gaps, in relation to EDI communication, and any associated risks if not able to address fully prior to deployment.

Analyze, determine, and document interface requirements needed to address gaps identified during Country Pre-Deployment Assessment against the core solution. Engaging with the key stakeholders for sign-off on said solutions.

Submit any change requests to the IT organizations. Prioritize, validate and sign-off of solution designs provided by IT.

Creation of test cases, conduct and/or coordinate solution user acceptance testing (UAT), and all related documentation.

Conduct root cause analysis and manage defect identification and change request as identified through solution user acceptance testing

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, information systems, industrial engineering, or other similar area of study

;Master’s degree, or equivalent experience a plus

5-10 years in the 3PL or freight industry

3-5 years business analysis experience with focus on requirement documentation and project management

Experience in planning and deploying strongly preferred

Transportation management systems for Air and Ocean, specifically CargoWise One

Detailed knowledge of air and ocean freight processes

Detailed understanding of CargoWise One

Strong in Change Management

Familiarity with BPM tools, specifically Signavio or similar highly beneficial

Good technical understanding of system and interfaces capabilities & requirements

Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and visual)

Effective presentation skills

Ability to listen to and influence others to consensus

Ability to solve complex problems

Proven change agent

English fluency is a must
