L'équipe Product & Tech est composée en trois squads:
- **La squad Purchase**, en charge de l’acquisition de nouveaux utilisateurs et achat de produits liés au code et au permis (espace boutique, pricing management, solutions de paiement et facturation)
- **La squad Marketplace**, qui s’occupe du matching entre élèves et enseignants, réservation des heures de conduite pour assurer une expérience fluide, module agenda des enseignants indépendants
- **La squad Experience, **responsable de l’intégration du plan de formation dans les apps pour encadrer le parcours pédagogique et maximiser le taux succès au premier examen du permis (suivi des leçons, examen blanc, e-learning, etc.)
Chaque squad est web et mobile et peut travailler sur les apps élèves (Demand) et enseignants (Supply).
**Nous recherchons un-e Senior Product Manager**:
La roadmap 2024 est très ambitieuse et intègre des refontes clés de nos systèmes et expériences. En particulier la squad Purchase doit créer un outil interne de gestion de nos catalogues de produits (ex: pack permis, accès code, elearning, etc.) et de prix (des centraines de prix qui dépendent de dizaines de critères), refondre la boutique en ligne et l’expérience d’achat, et intégrer de nouveaux systèmes de paiement.
**Vos missions
***:
Au sein d’une squad composée de 1 Engineering Mananger, 3 développeurs back-end, 3 développeurs front-end/mobile, 1 QA, 1 designer, vous serez en charge de:
- Définir la stratégie de la squad: validation des objectifs en collaboration avec le VP Product, définition de la roadmap et priorisation des projets qui maximisent l’impact business, définition et suivi des KPIs de succès
Gérer le delivery de la squad : conception des features en collaboration avec le design et la user research, rédaction des users stories et participation aux sprint plannings, suivi des développements et décisions produit au fil de l’eau pour optimiser la vélocité et l’impact, monitoring du succès des nouvelles features
- Communiquer et embarquer tous les stakeholders métiers, principalement Marketing, dans un environnement complexe et exigeant : la squad Purchase est le point d’entrée des utilisateurs qui souhaitent acheter un produit ou racheter des crédits sur Ornikar.
Contribuer à faire grandir l'équipe Product Management: partage de bonnes pratiques et méthodes, retour d’expérience

- **Projet d'optimisation** de la boutique et des funnels de vente pour l’achat de produits Ornikar (Pack permis, Code, réachat d’heures de conduite, etc.)
- **Projet d'intégration** de nouveaux systèmes de paiement innovants
- **Projet de création** d’un outil interne de catalogue & pricing management
- **Projet d'intégration** d’outils du marché pour augmenter la performance de l'équipe Marketing sur les campagnes de promotion, la gestion des discounts ou du parrainage.
**Le process de recrutement pour ce poste***:
- **Un premier échange téléphonique** **(40 minutes) **avec Tristan ou Romane de notre équipe Talent Acquisition.
- **Un entretien avec votre futur manager (1 heure),** Johan pour vous préciser les contours du poste et les enjeux de la team
- **Une étude de cas à faire dans nos locaux (1H30) **pour vous projeter sur des missions du poste en conditions réelles sur une ancienne problématique Product avec Johan et un de nos 2 PM
- **Un entretien de culture fit** découpé en 2 parties avec les membres actuels de l'équipe pour vous donner un aperçu de nos rituels, méthodes, et vous embarquer dans notre vision
