**Job description**:
At Doctolib we are releasing our software in production three times per business day and we want each deployment to run smoothly for our millions of users, reaching zero downtime.

You are responsible for the release management lifecycle, focusing on coordinating various aspects of production and projects into one integrated solution. It includes ensuring that resources, timelines, and the overall quality of the process are all considered and accounted for.

You are working closely with our feature teams who are building the product, our Site Reliability Engineers who are maintaining our infrastructure and our CI/CD team responsible for the delivery toolchain.

**Your responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Planning the overall release lifecycle
- Identify risks that can delay the releases and coordinate feature teams effort to tackle them
- Track the progress, find issues, and always work to improve the process of release
- Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements
- Maintain documentation related to the Build and Release processes, communication flows and dependencies.
- Ensure releases are delivered within budget and requirements
- Manage relationships and coordinate projects between different feature teams

**What you'll do**:

- You design release guidelines that should be implemented across the company.
- You oversee the various aspects of a project before it is due to be deployed, ensuring all teams are on track and meeting the agreed guidelines.
- The quality of the release needs to be reviewed before a project is officially launched. You are in charge of ensuring feature teams know the guidelines of the project and will check that these standards are met.
- After being quality checked, the project is ready to be deployed. The release manager is still responsible for ensuring a project is rolled out smoothly and efficiently.
- You'll imagine and implement new release workflow features and improvements; always pushing for a state-of-the-art process.

- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (GitHub Actions)
- You know how to collect feedback, prioritize needs and elaborate a roadmap
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure tasks are completed in time with the release schedule
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal

- Half day immersion

- Location: Full remote from France, Levallois-Perret, Nantes or Full remote from France.

- Remuneration : fix + bonus on objectives (according to your profile)

About the flexible office policy at Doctolib As of October 2021, we provide 3 working modes, depending on your team set up.
- Hybrid: you work 2 to 3 days per week from the office
