**Innovative Diagnostics** is specialized in the development, production, and commercialization of serological and molecular biology tests, mainly ELISA and PCR kits, for the diagnosis of zoonotic diseases in humans and animals, and veterinary diseases in farm animals.

Our veterinary range for the control of infectious diseases in farm animals is marketed under the brand name **IDvet** and offers the widest range of tests on the market to monitor animal health.

Our tests are used by public and private laboratories worldwide to:

- detect emerging and zoonotic diseases which pose new threats to animals and humans;
- control veterinary diseases as part of eradication programs and when animals are moved;
- verify the effectiveness of vaccination campaigns.

In this way, we are actors for the **“One Health”** concept, which presents human health, animal health and the environment as inter-dependent.

**GENERAL PURPOSE**:
Provide technical support to customers in the poultry segment to develop sales of the range in Europe & Central Asia, including:
Europe:

- DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Bulgaria
- Hungary
- Moldova
- Poland
- Czech Republic
- Romania
- Slovakia

Centrale Asia:

- Turkey
- CIS countries: Kazakhstan, Kirghizistan, Ouzbékistan, Turkménistan, Tadjikistan, Adzerbaijan,

Work closely with senior management, including the Poultry Business Unit Director, the MEA Poultry Technical Manager, and the Export Director, to define **technical **objectives required to support sale of the range.

**In the poultry industry**, interact and develop best possible relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, relevant Institutions and Organizations, current and potential new business partners, and companies as well as end customers.

Develop and entertain relationships to all relevant stakeholders, directly or indirectly relevant to the promotion of Innovative Diagnostics **poultry** products (ELISA and PCR) and services.

Support local distributors in the best possible manner regarding the implementation of poultry diagnostic kits across your area.

Keep abreast of developments within the poultry industry.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Your primary responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:

- Assist clients in the use of IDvet Products, and in the interpretation of results obtained with IDvet tests.
- Take appropriate troubleshooting steps to rapidly resolve any technical problems clients may encounter.
- Organize validation studies including IDvet Products in clients’ laboratories.
- Establish baseline data for IDvet poultry kits in the Territory.
- Install and provide support in the use of IDvet’s data analysis software.
- Collect and share information regarding new requirements, market developments and competitors’ products in the Territory.
- Participate and present scientific data (oral or poster presentations) in the Territory, as well as in international scientific meetings abroad when requested by IDvet.
- Provide regular reports to IDvet and work closely with IDvet technical and sales staff on all matters described above to contribute to increasing IDvet sales in the Territory.
- Together with the Poultry Business Unit Director, develop technical launch plans for new product introduction, and product registration.
- Explore and analyze **poultry** market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region.
- Build strong relationships with **poultry** customers to maintain good revenue growth.
- Identify key influencers in the regions among **poultry** KOLs, administrators, professional groups, other decision makers and their management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
The following are the qualifications that an individual needs to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
- Degree in poultry veterinary medicine and/or minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, dealing with poultry farms and laboratories, end-users of veterinary diagnostics
- Expertise in the interpretation of diagnostic results to assist customers and veterinarians with decision-making to guarantee animal health in poultry farms
- You have knowledge regarding the use of relevant software, such as CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentation skills
- You are internationally oriented and willing to travel around 50%
