Description du poste

Nous recherchons un "In Store Commercial Manager" pour notre magasin Flagship H&M Home de Paris.

En tant que In-Store Commercial Manager H&M Home tu es responsable de planifier et d’accompagner tes équipes de vente pour augmenter les ventes et maximiser la rentabilité du magasin.

Ensemble, vous offrez une expérience client unique et inspirante.

**Tes principales responsabilités**:

- Fournir un excellent service à nos clients en magasin et animer ton équipe pour qu'elle garde toujours le client au centre de ses préoccupations.
- Accompagner ton équipe pour maximiser les ventes et la rentabilité.
- Avec ton équipe tu crées des présentations inspirantes et commerciales.
- Donner l'exemple à ton équipe en agissant toujours dans le respect des valeurs du groupe H&M, de l'ADN de la marque H&M Home et des attentes globales du leadership.
- Assurer les « best practices » des activités opérationnelles et des procédures de back-office.

- Passionné(e) par le service client et par la décoration d’intérieur
- Orienté(e) vers les résultats
- Organisé(e) et capable de gérer une forte activité
- Intéressé(e) et sensible aux tendances dans la décoration d’intérieur
- Attitude positive et recherche l’amélioration constante
- Volonté d'apprendre et d’accompagner ses équipes

**Qualifications**:
**Pour réussir dans ce poste**:

- Tu parles Anglais (lu,ecrit, parlé) niveau A2
- Tu as une experience de Manager (2ans minimum) avec une forte expertise sur le Visual Merchandising
