VINCI Concessions is a global leader in mobility infrastructure that uses its integrated model to design, finance, build, operate and maintain more than 90 airports, motorways and railway projects in 23 countries through the VINCI Airports, VINCI Highways and VINCI Railways subsidiaries.

VINCI Concessions is currently looking for a Compliance & Corporate Director (F/M).

In this position, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing risk mitigation strategy to protect VINCI Concessions business and operations from non-compliance with ethics and business integrity rules, data protection regulations as well as corporate governance principles.

Your main responsibilities will be about:
Ethics and business integrity

Establishing standards / policies, implementing measures to ensure that compliance programs throughout the VINCI Concessions division are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting non-compliance with anticorruption laws and regulations. You will ensure that the compliance culture is well spread and understood within the VINCI Concessions division and will animate the VINCI Concessions compliance network that gather all business units’ compliance officers ;
Ensuring that all VINCI Concessions employees are sensibilized and trained on business integrity and competition matters on a regular basis. You will ensure dissemination and monitoring of the VINCI e-learnings and you will be in charge of organizing and animating in-classroom trainings ;
You will be a member of the VINCI “Club Ethique et Conformité” and will report the actions undertaken and implemented on a regular basis to the VINCI Ethics and Vigilance Department.

Data privacy

Developing and updating the compliance program and ensuring the respect of the ‘privacy by design’ principle for new projects. You will work closely with and manage the DPO of VINCI Concessions.

Participating to VINCI GDPR committees and dedicated workstream.

Corporate governance

You will manage the VINCI Concessions corporate law team (including a legal manager and a legal counsel), in charge of corporate law matters in particular powers of attorney and corporate directives, corporate restructuring, minutes of the governing bodies and shareholders meetings, and of assisting the in-house lawyers in charge of development projects with respect to corporate law matters.

You will also be in charge of the VINCI Concessions insurance group policies with the assistance of VINCI Assurances’ team and will be a member of the VINCI Insurance Committee.

As VINCI Concessions Compliance & Corporate Director, you will report to VINCI Concessions executive vice-president and will join and manage a team of 6 persons, a Compliance manager and DPO, a Corporate Manager, 2 legal counsels, a compliance alternate and a paralegal.
- Master’s degree in legal or regulatory fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years in a similar role.
- Experience working closely with internal and outside counsel
Legal background preferred (experience distilling & summarizing legal & regulatory documents).
- Ability to lead and influence within matrixial organization.
- Ability to analyze, design, plan and drive multiple projects/initiates through execution.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to travel to various facilities, providing compliance and regulatory support, oversee audits, and other tasks that require on site guidance.
- Fluent in English.
- Spanish or Portuguese languages would be a strong asset.
