Afin d’accompagner notre forte croissance, nous recherchons un.e:
Cybersecurity PMO

En tant que Cybersecurity PMO, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de Cybersécurité SI Business, et les chefs de projet pilotant des projets spécifiques pour assurer la mise en œuvre réussie des projets et chantiers dans le respect des délais et objectifs.

Vous aurez en charge de fournir les reportings et les analyses sur la progression des projets auprès du Directeur du service Cybersécurité SI Business, de soutenir les chefs de projet et de faciliter la communication entre les parties prenantes. Vous serez également amené à gérer des projets et chantiers cybersécurité dans le respect des délais et objectifs impartis.

Vous aurez comme missions:
Missions en tant que PMO
- Préparer les supports (présentations, compte-rendu, RIDA,) de différents types de réunions (ateliers de travail, comités de suivi, comités de pilotage, comité managers, comité stratégique,) et assurer le suivi des différents plans d’action issus des comités.
- Collecter et consolider les KPI du portefeuille de projets pour mesurer l’avancement et fournir des reporting réguliers aux parties prenantes.
- Faire émerger les besoins d’arbitrage majeurs.
- Contribuer à la capitalisation des informations, connaissances.

Missions en tant que Chef de projet
- Piloter des projets/chanters en difficulté.
- Construire les KPI des projets pilotés.
- Identifier, analyser les risques potentiels et les problèmes. Proposer des solutions et suivre la gestion des risques, alertes et problèmes des projets.

Profil

De Formation initiale Bac+5 d'une école d'ingénieur ou d'une Université dans le domaine des systèmes d'information ou idéalement de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information, vous avez acquis une expérience significative à un poste similaire (5 minimum).

Une expérience dans le domaine de la cybersécurité ou la connaissance de référentiels de sécurité (ISO 2700X, HDS, NIST, RGS, etc.) serait très appréciable.

Organisé et bon communicant, vous êtes à même d’intervenir ou de gérer un projet dans le respect des objectifs et des délais impartis et d’en référer. Vous appréciez travailler dans un contexte exigeant et multi projets.

Une maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais est demandée.

Ce poste fixe (CDI) peut être rattaché à l’un de nos différents sites (Lille, Le Plessis-Robinson, Strasbourg, Lyon, Valence, Toulouse et Bordeaux) avec du télétravail.
