**ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP**

We are looking for **two interns**, one as **HR Generalist Assistant** and one as **Talent Acquisition Assistant**, who will respectively closely work with our Head of People EMEA and our Talent Acquisition Manager. As a member of our amazing People team, you will collaborate with the internal teams as well as with managers to find our next talents to join the company and develop them in a hyper-growth context, while ensuring they have the best employee experience. By the end of your internship, you will have developed a clear understanding of the HR role in a fast-paced and scaling-up international environment.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**1) HR GENERALIST ASSISTANT**

**Employer branding operations**:

- Participate in the construction of the editorial plan and content marketing strategy by recommending engaging content for our social media (LinkedIn mainly).
- Coordinate the collection of written and visual elements when needed for our online employer branding channels, and animate our community to ensure accessible relations with Byredo as an employer.
- Follow and monitor the impacts of our employer branding actions, perform talent market analysis to share collected insights with the team and constantly improve our attractiveness as an employer.

**Training**:

- Consolidate the 2023 Training plan aligned with employees’ training needs and business priorities.
- Identify the most relevant training providers and courses, and coordinate the organization of sessions - with a strong focus on Diversity & Inclusion (from sending out the invitations to participants to monitoring collected feedbacks upon completion).
- Optimize the use of LinkedIn Learning as an e-learning platform.

**General Support to the team**:

- As a true HR Generalist, participate to ongoing and upcoming HR projects including Payroll and Admin, HRIS integration, Onboarding, Performance Managementand many more

**2) TALENT ACQUISITION ASSISTANT**

**Talent Acquisition**
- Be in direct contact with managers to understand their hiring needs for junior and senior profiles.
- Create or update the job descriptions to publish them.
- Be the referent for the recruitment process for junior profiles (interns and apprentices).
- Identify relevant job boards and recruitment firms to partner with.
- Monitor and update HR KPIs.

**Employer Branding**
- Make sure that all job descriptions are aligned with our tone of voice as an employer.
- Participate in various projects linked to employer branding (launch of Welcome to the Jungle, LinkedIn, Jobteaser, etc.)

- You easily propose alternative and innovative ways of doing.
