La Stime, DSI du Groupement Les Mousquetaires, est partenaire des points de vente des différentes enseignes et de ses activités transverses. Elle est le moteur de la transformation informatique du Groupement Les Mousquetaires.

**Description du poste** Contexte**
En tant qu’Engineering Manager, vous intégrerez le Digital Conso Lab (DCL) et serez responsable de diriger et de superviser une ou plusieurs équipes de développement (pouvant aller jusqu’à 25 collaborateurs) au sein du pôle développement de la plateforme e-commerce d'Intermarché.
Votre rôle englobe trois dimensions essentielles : la gestion individuelle, l'efficacité collective et la compréhension approfondie du domaine métier.

**Vos missions**
**1. Leadership & management**:
- Inspirer et motiver vos équipes d’ingénieurs logiciels talentueux en plaçant leurs besoins au cœur de vos actions ;
- Cultiver le potentiel de chacun en offrant un encadrement, un soutien et des opportunités de croissance professionnelle ;
- Identifier les talents émergents et contribuer à renforcer notre équipe grâce à des recrutements stratégiques ;
- Utiliser vos compétences en gestion pour allouer judicieusement les ressources humaines et techniques, garantissant une efficacité optimale dans l'exécution des projets.
**2. Innovation et amélioration continue**:
- Favoriser une culture d’innovation et d’amélioration continue, encourageant l’adoption de nouvelles technologies et de meilleures pratiques de développement ;
- Veiller à ce que nos produits restent à la pointe de la technologie et répondent aux besoins évolutifs de nos clients ;
- Élaborer et superviser la mise en œuvre de plans de développement logiciel innovants, garantissant une livraison de qualité dans les délais impartis.
**3. Culture du produit**:
- Acquérir une connaissance approfondie du domaine métier lié à la plateforme e-commerce d'Intermarché ;
- Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes métier pour comprendre les enjeux et aligner les objectifs techniques sur les objectifs commerciaux ;
- Participer à la définition de la vision technique et à la stratégie de développement produit en alignement avec les besoins métier.
**Qualifications**
- Expérience significative dans le management d'équipes de développement, de préférence dans un environnement e-commerce.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour guider, motiver et collaborer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe.
- Solides compétences techniques, très bonnes connaissances des architectures web et mobile et compréhension approfondie des pratiques de développement logiciel.
- Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres services pour atteindre des objectifs communs.
- Maîtrise des méthodologies agiles et capacité à les appliquer de manière pragmatique.
- Connaissance pratique de notre stack technique :.NET, Java, NextJS, Swift, Kotlin
