Contexte et missions
Au sein du Secrétariat Général du Club Med, basé dans nos bureaux de Paris, notre Directrice Ethique & Conformité Groupe recherche son/sa future Compliance Officer (H/F).
Votre rôle consistera à:
- Participer à la conception, au déploiement, à l’amélioration continue et au suivi des programmes de conformité du groupe (anti-corruption, devoir de vigilance, respect des sanctions internationales ) ;- Contribuer à la diffusion de la culture de conformité : préparation de supports et contenus de sensibilisation et de formation (opérationnels, métiers référents), mise en place de suivi des formations, animation de modules de sensibilisation/formation... ;- Apporter votre support à l’animation des réseaux des référents : support à la production de documents et de communications, mise en place de documentation structurée;- Contribuer à assurer la traçabilité des actions engagées et à établir les reportings périodiques de l’activité ;- Identifier et assurer une veille réglementaire sur le périmètre de la conformité : suivi et analyse en amont des développements réglementaires, veille sur les bonnes pratiques en conformité.
Profil recherché- De formation supérieure de type Bac +5 université ou école de commerce avec une spécialisation en compliance/éthique des affaires- Une expérience professionnelle réussie de 3/4 ans au sein d’une entreprise de dimension internationale en tant que Compliance Officer- Une expérience en protection des données personnelles serait un plus- Maîtrise du Pack Office (PowerPoint et Excel) et des outils bureautiques- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, d’analyse et de synthèse- Proactivité, rigueur et sens du détail- Fiabilité et sens de la confidentialité- Esprit pragmatique, aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en équipe- Disponibilité pour des déplacements à l’étranger
Modalités- Poste à pourvoir en CDI dès que possible- Basé au siège de La Villette, Paris 19e- Politique de télétravail actuelle : 8 jours / mois en accord avec l'équipe ; possibilité de poser une semaine complète tous les trimestres.- Avantages en nature "Vacances G.O" pour tous nos postes en CDI avec un an d'ancienneté : vacances dans nos Resorts Club Med pour le/la salarié(e) et sa famille ou un accompagnant de son choix.
