Nous recherchons notre futur **PMO H-F** pour rejoindre notre société Great Place To Work

Vous serez amené à travailler en équipe, sur de grands projets de transformation digitale des fonctions RH de grands comptes.

**LES MISSIONS**:

- Participer à la mise en place de la gouvernance d’un projet : SLA, comitologie, KPI, planning, chemin critique, outils de suivi
- Être le rouage de la communication entre les différentes parties prenantes du projet
- Élaborer l’état d’avancement du projet en fonction du planning global
- Suivre le Plan Projet (méthodo, ateliers, jalons, PV, KPI, budget, charge, etc.) et alimenter les tableaux de bord
- Assister le responsable pour la collecte d’informations et l’animation des différentes instances suivies
- Prendre en compte les priorités fixées par la hiérarchie et rendre compte
- Assister les chefs de projets dans la mise en œuvre et le suivi de planification (ressources, budgets, délais)
- Participer à la réalisation des bilans de projets : capitalisation des méthodologies de gestion de projet

**CE POSTE EST FAIT POUR VOUS SI**

Diplômé(e) d'une École d'Ingénieur, ou d'une formation supérieure Universitaire équivalente (Bac +4/5), vous justifiez d'une première expérience éprouvée en tant que PMO et/ou en gestion de portefeuilles projet. Vous avez également acquis une solide maîtrise de méthodologies projet, idéalement dans le domaine des SI (Finance, RH ).
- Vous êtes à la recherche d’une opportunité et d'une entreprise où vous pourrez vous épanouir professionnellement et évoluer dans des environnements techniques différents.
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit d’équipe, de synthèse, collaboratif et pédagogue (permettant de facilement comprendre et exprimer les besoins de chacun, les retranscrire sous forme de schémas ou modèles compréhensibles de tous, pouvant former en interne sur des outils ou méthodologies).
- Vous êtes doté d’une excellente aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle.
- Vous êtes en capacité de préparer et d’animer des réunions au niveau de la Direction.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la gestion de projet et des outils de gestion de projet (Project, etc.).
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
- Une certification (PMP, ITIL,...) est un réel point positif pour ce poste.
- Votre anglais est courant.
