**Description de l'emploi**:
**Airbus Helicopters** **recherche un **Coordinateur Technical Data - Zones Europe, Afrique & Moyen-Orient (f/h) **pour rejoindre notre Département Technical Data Delivery / Support & Services basé à Marignane, France.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe des hélicoptères et des activités Support & Services. Au sein du département TechData Delivery, vous serez impliqué(e) dans les activités technico commerciales visant à mettre en place des contrats TechData avec les clients nationaux et internationaux..

**Vos challenges**:
Coordonner au niveau Régional les activités Commercial Technical data

Gérer les Relations Client:
Responsable d'un portefeuille clients.

Créer une relation forte et étroite avec nos clients.

Répondre aux demandes clients dans le respect des délais et qualité afin de garantir la satisfaction client.

Être à l'écoute et être force de propositions pour conseiller nos clients en fonction de ses besoins.

Gestion des comptes clients.

Assurer et garantir le suivi des abonnements et réabonnements Technical Data auprès de nos clients.

Participer à l'élaboration des Offres Complexes Technical Data

Assurer l'interface avec les autres métiers et départements pour répondre aux exigences et demandes clients et proposer le Plan d'Actions et solutions associées : AirbusWorld, Support Doc, Logistics, etc.

Création des factures Clients (SAP?)

Permettre les accès clients à to TIPI

Cleaning de la base de données Technical Data : AHEAD

Qualité

Respect des processus internes

Respect de la Politique Commerciale Technical Data.

Reporting et mesure de la performance

**Votre profil**:
Niveau d'expérience professionnelle : débutant

Niveau scolaire : Bac + 5

Management et conduite de projet

La connaissance de l'aéronautique est un plus.

Maîtrise des outils informatiques

Relation client

Négociation

Proactif

Anglais : parlé et écrit

Français : parlé et écrit

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.
