Dans le cadre d’une création de poste visant à coordonner les différents projets du Secrétariat Général et accompagner la transformation du groupe nous recrutons un(e)

**Project Manager H/F**

Rattaché(e) à la Secrétaire Générale vous coordonnez les travaux des différentes équipes rattachées au secrétariat général en veillant à la mise en conformité d’Audiens avec les différentes réglementations d’une part et en accompagnant le projet de transformation en cours au sein du groupe avec les équipes transverses d’autre part.

Ainsi au quotidien vos missions sont très variées:

- Orchestration et coordination de tout projet rattaché au secrétariat général (juridique, audit interne, contrôle interne, conformité, communication RSE) afin d’en assurer le bon déroulement et la cohérence ;
- Challenge des approches, recherche de digitalisation, pilotage de la transformation et accompagnement du changement des services rattachés au secrétariat général ;
- Identification, planification, exécution et pilotage des projets transverses auprès des autres directions du groupe et coordination au regard des projets stratégiques ;
- Sourcing des besoins en outils et analyse des besoins en missions externalisées (expression de besoins, cadrage, suivi et optimisation des interventions) ;
- Force de proposition dans le cadre du projet de transformation en cours au sein du groupe ;
- Centralisation et adaptation de toute la documentation contractuelle et circularisation des opérations de façon momentanée avant le recrutement d’un chef de projet en ingénierie documentaire ;
**Profil**

Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur, vous possédez une solide formation en gestion de projet ainsi qu’une expérience avérée de 5 à 10 ans en cabinet de conseil et/ou en entreprise du secteur banque assurance dans le cadre de project management. Vous possédez ainsi une bonne expertise du pilotage de la transformation au sein d’une direction de la conformité, de l’audit interne ou sur un programme de mise en conformité réglementaire.

Adaptable et vif, vous êtes capable d’évoluer dans un environnement en interlocutions multiples où les approches et les méthodes sont actuellement challengées. A l’aise dans l’accompagnement du changement vous êtes un bon communicant et être reconnu pour votre diplomatie et votre bienveillance. Parfaitement organisé, vous êtes capable de mener de front différents projets et de les cadencer.
