**Compliance Expert**:
**Wakam assure la conception de produits d'assurances sur-mesure qui sont ensuite distribués par nos partenaires distributeurs (courtiers, insurtech, retailers) sur un modèle B2B2C Pan Européen en marque blanche. Wakam se spécialise également dans le développement de solutions d'assurance "embarquées" de nouvelle génération grâce à sa plateforme Play & Plug, qui permet la mise en place de produits et de services avec une approche full digitale.**
Pour accompagner la forte croissance de l'entreprise, Wakam est à la recherche d'un(e) Compliance Expert pour renforcer l'activité Risk & Compliance.
Vous serez rattaché(e) à l'Office Transformation, Risk & Compliance.
**✎ Mission**
En tant que Compliance Expert, vous aurez pour principale mission de prendre une part centrale dans la mise en place des différentes réglementations ayant trait au secteur de l'assurance.
**Day-to-day**:
Vous aurez également à participer aux différentes missions de la fonction conformité au sein du Groupe, à savoir:
- Apporter un support aux métiers et un avis sur la conformité des nouveaux business de Wakam
- Participer à la gestion des risques conformité, au déploiement de la cartographie des risques et au plan de contrôle ( niveau 2)
- Fournir un appui dans la conduite des projets réglementaires
- Participer à la production et/ou coordination des reportings réglementaires et répondre aux sollicitations des autorités de tutelle
- Renforcer le dispositif de veille réglementaire
**✯** **Profil**
- De formation BAC +5 (droit, gestion, assurance), la connaissance du secteur de l'assurance est impérative IARD et/ou assurance de personnes
- Vous justifiez de 5 ans minimum d'expérience et de compétences en termes de réglementation Protection de la clientèle, ainsi qu'une capacité à vous approprier de nouveaux sujets
- La pratique de l'anglais est impérative, et celle de l'italien ou de l'espagnol serait un plus
