You will work for Worldline’s Financial Services Global Business Line. We offer our clients (mainly Financial companies but also retailers) lots of solutions around client/advisor interactions (chatbot, secured messaging, mobile and web interfaces for card management,), security and trust (eSignature, Strong Authentication, Access Control,) but also new solutions for payment interactions (Account to Account, Digital Currencies,).

**Product Manager eSignature & Dematerialization F/H**

Digital Identity and the associated Digital Signature is a major trend in all sectors and especially in the banking industry where trust, identity control and proof of signature is key.

For many years, Worldline has been providing its certified and shared SaaS electronic signature offer. Worldline has its own Certification Authority: WL Mediacert and its own solution, WL Onboarding, that is very adapted for B2C and B2B2C use case. However, the market is continuously evolving and it’s crucial to be able to adapt and transform our product to new regulations, market initiatives, trends and public adoption.

**Your role**

The Product Manager is responsible for the definition of a value proposition in line with the business objectives of our department strategy. The main mission consists in maximizing the investment done on the product by:

- working with Product Marketing Manager to analyse market trends, define and follow actions to promote his product,
- gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and summarizing these requirements into a short term and long term roadmap,
- working closely with delivery teams, especially with Product Owners and Project Managers to detail the requirements into concreate features and customer journeys,
- assessing partners either to enrich the value proposition and/or speed-up the go-to market of his product (make or buy decision),
- managing sales support by delivering materials and training on his product

The Product Manager is expected to:

- define the product strategy and roadmap and manage the investment query/follow-up in line with the Worldline process,
- summarize the value proposition and high level description of the product features into sales materials (product description, customer presentation, standard proposal, sales training kit...),
- establish and follow a list of requirements following an agile approach with the delivery team,
- qualify partnerships (legal, functional & business aspects to assess),
- “eat his own food” by participating to the beta test of his product (improvement ),
- be active in his product promotion by participating in the writing of articles, blog posts, white papers.
