Le (nouveau) Dailymotion est plus qu’une app vidéo, c’est une conversation visuelle en mouvement qui repose sur un algorithme unique pensé pour développer l'esprit critique des utilisateurs. Dailymotion, c'est aussi "_Dailymotion for Enterprise_”, une solution d'hébergement et de diffusion vidéo au service des professionnels de tous les secteurs ; et "_Dailymotion Advertising_", une plateforme vidéo marketing propriétaire et puissante, qui propose un environnement qualitatif et sûr pour les marques.

Notre équipe se compose de 400 collaborateurs en France, à New York et à Singapore, tous unis par la même ambition : faire bouger visiblement les lignes de l’écosystème des plateformes vidéo dans le monde.

Description du poste

Rejoindre l'équipe content de Dailymotion, c'est recruter et accompagner à échelle humaine la nouvelle génération de créateurs qui donneront sa couleur unique à notre plateforme.

Au sein de l’équipe Contenu, nous recherchons le futur responsable de notre studio de production de vidéos. Sous la responsabilité du Senior Content Partnerships Manager, vous serez en charge de développer de nouveaux formats vidéo et d’en assurer la production, la captation et l’édition en partenariat avec nos créateurs de contenus afin de mettre en valeur le nouveau positionnement de Dailymotion sur tous les canaux de diffusion.

**Les missions**:

- Développer régulièrement de nouveaux formats vidéo innovants afin de mettre en avant nos créateurs de contenus et les fonctionnalités de la plateforme (rédaction de pitch et création de pilotes).
- Gérer la préproduction des tournages (booking des créateurs, mise en place du plateau, gestion des stocks).
- Assurer la maintenance de base du matériel (caméras, lumières, micros, etc.)
- Diriger et filmer les tournages.
- Monter et éditer les rushs après les tournages.
- S’assurer de la bonne qualité audio et vidéo des contenus tournés, en alignement avec les ambitions et l’image de Dailymotion.
- Manager un Content Video Editor.
- Support occasionnel des Content Managers dans la promotion et la distribution des contenus vidéos.

**Qualifications**:

- Être diplômé(e) en production audiovisuelle ou en communication (option Design ou Création Audiovisuelle).
- Posséder une expertise technique sur la Suite Adobe (After Effects, Premiere, Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop), FinalCut et/ou iMovie.
- Faire preuve de curiosité, de créativité et suivre les dernières tendances sur les réseaux sociaux.
- Avoir déjà eu une expérience en management de personnes serait un plus.
- Avoir une formation ou une expérience en motion design serait également un plus.
- Avoir une appétence pour l’univers des créateurs de contenus et les plateformes sociales dans leur globalité (TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Twitch, Snapchat, etc.)
- Avoir de solides compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité de travailler sur plusieurs projets et avec différentes parties prenantes.
- À l’aise à l’écrit comme à l’oral, vous aimez interagir avec les gens et valorisez le travail de groupe.
- Parler français (couramment) et anglais (professionnel)
