**Nous recherchons actuellement un Group Brand Manager H/F pour un début dès que possible.**

**Missions**:
**Le Group brand manager propose, met en place et dirige les plans marketing de sa marque, afin d’atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de rentabilité définis. Il manage 2 brand manager junior.**

**Activités principales**:
**Suit et analyse la performance de la marque**

**Suit chaque mois les performances produits via Nielsen**

**Identifie les leviers de croissance du marché et de la marque**

**Suit les indicateurs clés P&L (ventes et marges)**

**Identifie des plans d’action à mettre en place si nécessaire**

**Définit la stratégie de la marque et les priorités**

**Définit une vision pour la marque en intégrant les différents circuits de distribution (pharmacie, GMS, ecommerce)**

**Recommande la stratégie et les priorités de sa marque**

**En collaboration avec le Retail marketing de chaque pays du Hub, propose le plan de croissance et les objectifs budgétaires annuels**

**Prépare le plan d’innovation (plan de lancement)**

**Analyse les GAP et opportunités du marché via Nielsen sur sa catégorie afin d’identifier les innovations Global qui pourront être lancées en local.**

**Analyse le potentiel financier de chaque innovation sur les différents marchés**

**En collaboration avec l’équipe finance et le Retail marketing, crée le P&L (estimation de coûts, estimation des volumes ) pour prévoir les Nets sales et la marge. Réajuste le P&L tout au long de l’année pour ajuster les prévisions en fonction du retour du Retail Marketing.**

**Construit les revues d’innovation pour le Retail marketing et développe le matériel lié aux présentations**

**En fonction de la taille de l’innovation, formalise le plan de lancement et le rétroplanning (plan promo magasin et hors magasin, RP, échantillonnage, marketing direct, partenariat, opérations événementielles )**

**Décline les Keys visual de la Division en local pour les supports magasins et hors magasins**

**Adapte les publicités télé pour les différents pays (voix, texte) en collaboration avec les agences (Hogarth)**

**Développe les produits pour les marques locales**

**Recommande la stratégie de nouveaux produits à 2 ans, les développe, (brief packaging, parfums, formules, pub) et les teste auprès des consommateurs**

**Gère le plan média**

**Définit les priorités médias sur sa gamme de produit**

**Supervise la préparation des plans médias en identifiant les gammes sur lesquels CP va investir**

**Ajuste le plan média tout au long de l’année**

**Minimise la complexité au sein du Hub**

**S’assure de la diffusion des best practices dans le Hub et de la cohérence de l’image de marque**

**Participe à la simplification des Skus**

**Management**

**Anime une équipe de 1 à 2 personnes**

**Assure le management opérationnel de son équipe et développe l’expertise de ses collaborateurs**

**Fixe les objectifs de ses collaborateurs et les évalue, participe au recrutement.**
