Description du poste
**Au sein d’EPSILON France (Groupe Publicis), le département People Insights assure la mise en œuvre, l’exploitation et l’analyse de toutes solutions d’études ou de mesure répondant aux problématiques clients : mesure de l’expérience client (customer experience), bilans d’image de marque, mesure de l’efficacité publicitaire, connaissance consommateur et études ad hoc.**

Directement rattaché au directeur du pôle, le Manager People Insights a pour principales missions le développement commercial de l’activité, l’encadrement de la production des études et le management d’une équipe de consultants.

**Missions principales**:

- Développement commercial
- Prise de brief, rédaction des propositions commerciales et établissement des budgets
- Collaboration avec les équipes commerciales d’EPSILON et des Agences du groupe PUBLICIS France,
- Développement de solutions innovantes,
- Gestion de la relation client
- Supervision et accompagnement des missions opérationnelles de l’équipe
- Définition des protocoles d’étude/amélioration des protocoles existants
- Ecriture et validation du questionnaire/guide d’animation
- Analyse des résultats
- Rédaction des rapports et présentation des résultats aux clients avec formulation de recommandations stratégiques et opérationnelles
- Management d’une équipe de consultants
- Assurer l’encadrement des consultants et être garant de la qualité des prestations
- Accompagnement et développement des compétences des collaborateurs

**Qualifications**:
**Profil recherché**:

- Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce ou université (marketing, sciences humaines et sociales, IEP, ESC, CELSA ),
- Vous disposez d'une expérience réussie de minimum 5 ans dans le domaine des études marketing/media, en institut, en agence ou chez l’annonceur
- Vous maîtrisez les principales méthodologies d’études quantitatives, et bien sûr Excel et Powerpoint.

**Qualités et compétences requises**:

- Intérêt pour les domaines des Médias et de la Communication.
- Goût des chiffres, rigueur,
- Capacités d’analyse et de synthèse,
- Vous parlez et écrivez anglais.
