Mission
Consort Group, spécialisé dans le domaine infrastructure, existant depuis 1992, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, spécialisé dans le secteur telecom, un Team-Leader (H/F).
**Descriptif de la mission**:
? Manage les collaborateurs
? Pilote opérationnellement l'activité
? Gère les plannings
? S'assure de la capacité du dispositif et priorise les activités si nécessaire (notamment au travers de la bonne affectation des techniciens multi compétents)
? Prend en charge des activités (en cas de pic d'activité)
? Gère les tickets avec un impact fort (notamment Incidents majeurs)
? S'assure du respect des procédures, notices et consignes, de la bonne utilisation des outils et de l'enregistrement des sollicitations et actions
? S'assure du maintien à jour de la base de connaissance
Le poste est à pourvoir sur le site client à Courbevoie (92).
Profil
**Profil recherché**:
Idéalement diplômé en informatique (bac+2), vous disposez de 3 années d'expériences minimum en tant que Team-Leader (H/F).
Vous avez des compétences et/ou des connaissances dans les environnements suivants:
? Postes de travails fixe et mobile
? Smartphone
? Windows 10
? Office 365
? Téléphonie IP Lync et AVAYA
? Visio conférence, audio
