Product Owner H/F Centre de compétences Informatique International - After Sales Support
Rattaché(e) à la direction informatique, vous participez activement au développement du centre de compétence « After Sales Support » de notre client. En plein essor, l’équipe internationale basée en Alsace, s’investie dans le développement de l’industrie 4.0, la digitalisation des lignes de production, les projets de Big Data ainsi que dans la gestion de solutions systèmes pour les produits d’après-vente pour les usines au niveau monde. Notre client constitue une équipe complète et ouvre 9 postes de Product Owner.
Votre mission consiste à planifier, gérer, communiquer et contrôler les différents projets IT de type « Customer Operations, Retail Operations et Connected Services Products ». Vous aurez la responsabilité de:
- Concevoir des solutions systèmes pour les produits après-vente en étroite relation avec les partenaires métier et les partenaires,
- Développer, déployer au niveau mondial les systèmes et coordonner les différentes étapes afin d’en garantir la stabilité opérationnelle,
- Définir un périmètre du service proposé (Service Level Agreement, qualité, couts, délais),
- Piloter les prestataires internes et externes,
- Conseiller le management et les utilisateurs pour la mise en place de processus, l’évaluation de solutions et la préparation de décisions,
- Concevoir, harmoniser les KPI et valider la qualité des résultats. Par ailleurs, vous soutenez le processus d’innovation et de développement informatique, de la phase d’architecture à la fin de cycle de vie du produit. Vous serez amené à créer et utiliser des méthodes de gestion de projets globales.
Cette belle opportunité s’adresse à un Ingénieur ou Universitaire h/f en Informatique ayant une première expérience réussie en gestion de projet et en méthode agile, dans un contexte international. Organisé et à l’aise en négociation, assertif, vous avez des compétences de conceptualisation et de vulgarisation. La très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable afin de garantir un échange fluide et efficace au sein du groupe, l’allemand est un vrai plus. Le poste est localisé à Molsheim, à proximité de Strasbourg. Des déplacements sont à prévoir en Allemagne.
