**Logistic assistant (d/f/m)**
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reception of people/drivers
- Sending parcels following the DHL procedure
- Receipt of parcels, identification and dispatch
- Collection from customers (France, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Portugal) of parcels for delivery to the factory or other by following the DHL procedure with constant monitoring.
- Organization of transport with quote for bulky equipment with or without handling.
- Support the Office Manager and HR
YOUR PROFILE
- You have an education, or experience in the field of administration/assistants, office management/reception, logistics/transportation.
- You are flexible and recognize the priorities in the mentioned areas
- You are fluent in French and English
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office
