About the job
- ARaymond is deploying his worldwide Human Resources Information System (HRIS) based on Oracle HCM Cloud solution.
- This HRIS is deployed in 17 countries with 7 payroll interfaces and a wide functional coverage (Core HR, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning ). Our challenge is to continue to roll-out the solution, and extend it to new functional processes (Skills, Career Development, Succession Planning )is
- Within the HRIS team composed of IT experts (internal & external) and business representatives (Product Owners), you will contribute to the implementation of new solutions and the roll-outs of existing ones. You will also be involved in the support and the continuous improvement of the HRIS.
- As HRIS Technical Expert you will manage technical topics: reporting, data loading & platform administration.
Roles and responsibilities
- Develop reports and dashboards, maintain and improve existing ones.
- Perform data loading activities (such as employee records mass creation and mass changes).
- Audit and optimize data loading flows (inbound interfaces).
- Administrate the platform (SSO configuration, scheduled processes, security).
- Maintain data security and confidentiality.
- Create documentation and best practices guides.
- Collaborate with other team members (including external) and with other IT teams within Raynet.
- Interact with Product Owners and potentially Key Users to make sure we meet business needs.
- Keep looking at technical evolutions and be proactive to propose new solutions/approaches.
Education and experience
- IT Engineer’s degree or equivalent
- Previous significative experience as Technical Expert on Oracle HCM Cloud or another similar HRIS
- Good knowledge of International Companies would be appreciated
**Skills**:
- SQL Language
- BI Tools (ideally OTBI and BI Publisher)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in an Agile way
- Autonomous, rigorous, well organized and curious
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HRMS business processes and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to manage sensitive information
- Traveling required
