**DHL SUPPLY CHAIN FRANCE** (2,000 employees), a leader in logistics, is recruiting a **Continuous Improvement Director,** on a permanent contract, based at its headquarters in La Plaine Saint Denis (93).

**J**ob Summary: As the Director of Continuous Improvement in Supply Chain, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the continuous improvement strategy to optimize the operational efficiency and overall performance of our logistics warehouses in France. Your role will involve identifying optimization opportunities, designing improvement initiatives, and leading cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency, improve process quality, and maximize customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- o Define the continuous improvement strategy for the supply chain in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- o Identify opportunities for process optimization within the supply chain through data analysis and key performance indicator assessment.
- o Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives such as cost reduction, logistics flow optimization, and enhanced planning and visibility within the supply chain.
- o Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects, coordinating teams and ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
- o Utilize continuous improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC to analyze processes, identify root causes of issues, and propose effective solutions.
- o Collaborate closely with operational teams, quality managers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth integration of continuous improvement initiatives.
- o Regularly assess operational performance, analyze results, and provide reports to management to demonstrate the impact of continuous improvement initiatives.
- o Train and develop operational teams in continuous improvement concepts and methodologies.
- o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, promoting the adoption of new practices and encouraging innovation.
- o Manage a small team of CI and OMS experts.

**Requirements**:
o Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, etc.).

o Significant professional experience in managing continuous improvement projects within the supply chain, with previous experience in team management.

o Excellent knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC.

o Proficiency in supply chain tools and software (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.).

o Advanced change management, leadership, and communication skills to influence and mobilize teams.

o Ability to analyze data and utilize performance indicators to make strategic decisions.

o Results-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and ability to work independently.

o Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
