**Rejoins une équipe diversifiée en pleine croissance qui s'investit dans la transition énergétique**

Fastned a déjà déployé un réseau de presque 300 stations de recharge ultra-rapide à travers l’Europe, permettant aux conducteurs de véhicules électriques de recharger leur véhicule grâce à une énergie 100% renouvelable. Notre objectif ? Déployer un réseau de 1000 stations de recharge rapide sur des emplacements de choix en Europe afin de faciliter la recharge et d'accélérer la transition énergétique. Nous trouvons, construisons, exploitons et entretenons nos propres projets. Pour cela, nous avons besoin de personnes motivées qui sont prêtes à apprendre et à se dépasser

**Ton rôle**:
Fastned développe son réseau de bornes de recharge rapide en France et cherche à renforcer son équipe de construction avec un.e Project Manager Construction.

En tant que **Project Manager Construction**, tu fais partie intégrante de l’équipe Construction, internationale et expérimentée, où tu gères tous les aspects des projets de déploiement de stations de recharge à travers la France, avec l’aide des 2 Construction Managers France.

Dans ce rôle, tu travailleras en étroite **collaboration** avec nos équipes de développement et d’exploitation, nos architectes et nos partenaires externes pour **définir le programme, les objectifs et les besoins.**

Du **pilotage de projet **au **suivi des demandes de raccordement et d’autorisations**, en passant par la **consultation et sélection des différents partenaires**, tes missions sont à la fois **stratégiques et opérationnelles**.Tu assures également le **suivi financier,** la gestion du budget** et** l'optimisation de nos processus**. **La coordination et une communication fluide **entre les différents partenaires externes et internes ( France & Europe) est également centrale dans ton rôle, avec le **monitoring des reportings**.

Quelques fois par mois, des **visites de partenaires et de stations** sont prévues, où tu seras amené à **négocier**, **convaincre **et avoir** le sens du détai**l, pour s’assurer de la bonne qualité de nos stations pour nos utilisateurs.

La mobilité électrique est un domaine nouveau pour toi ? Pas de problème Dans le cadre de ton intégration, tu participeras à une série d’onboardings passionnants où tu apprendras tout ce qu’il faut savoir sur le monde de l’e-mobilité et de la recharge ️

**Le profil que nous recherchons**:
Tu aimes prendre des initiatives, tu n’as pas peur de faire des erreurs et tu as soif d’apprendre ?

- Tu vis ou souhaites vivre à Paris et ses alentours,
- Tu as un profil d’ingénieur.e ou équivalent, et + 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, Tu es animé.e par la transition énergétique

- Tu aimes partager et participer à la vie d’équipe,
- Tu as de solides compétences en matière de négociation et de communication,
- Tu as un niveau de français (quasi) natif et anglais fluent,
- Tu as un permis de conduire valide.
