**About the role**:

- This is a broad role in a scale-up, and would be well suited to a high performer at the early-middle stage of their career who would relish the opportunity for autonomy. The Treasury Manager will provide treasury-related advice and guidance to the Finance team and to Senior Leadership. The Treasury Manager will report to Group Finance Director and will be responsible for cash management operations, management of the Group’s FX and interest exposure, loan portfolio management and related reporting, forecasting and treasury systems for the global organisation.

**What you will be doing**:
**Banking / Cash**
- Owning the Relationship with our banking partners; transactional banking as well as debt providers.
- Administrator for our two online ebanking systems
- Oversight of our existing, and expansion of our, Invoice Factoring program (Currently UK, IT, ES, FR, US).
- Reporting our end of month Cash position to senior leadership.

**Cashflow forecasting / reporting**
- Ensuring accurate rolling and annual cash flow forecasts for the group
- Providing commentary for the board pack on our cash flow statement, and comparing our expected to actual to forecast cash flow.
- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of treasury related cash flow and liquidity forecasts

**Foreign Exchange**
- Responsibility for implementing the management of group FX exposures, including Transactional and Translational.
- Creating a rolling transactional exposure plan, including FX dealing, hedging, valuation and associated financial reporting

**Intercompany Transactions**
- Manage the funding of the various businesses involving inter-company lending and supporting local external borrowings
- Develop efficient mechanisms for the utilisation/repatriation of surplus funds held within subsidiary legal entities involving dividends, possible capital reductions, evaluation of and potential implementation of cash pooling and management of any other restricting activities.

**Compliance, Reporting and Controls**
- Design/write treasury policies and procedures, a mixture of formalising existing approaches and introducing better practices. Governance and key internal control implementation.
- Minimise financial and liquidity risk to the business through sound operational treasury practices, delivering cost-efficient funding of the business and maintaining a sound and effective control environment.
- Treasury inputs into producing the Groups interim and final Report and Accounts. For example discount rates and Consolidation support for IFRS 9 Financial Instruments & IAS 19 Employee Benefits: Pension

**About you**:

- Proven track record of development and achievement in an international corporate treasury environment
- A treasury and / or an accountancy qualification
- English & French to a high standard
