**Descriptif du poste**

Spécialisée dans la conception de services et de solutions numériques appliquées à l’architecture, la ville et leurs utilisateurs, **February** est l’entité digitale de Patriarche. Portée par l’ambition d’anticiper les tendances et de répondre aux enjeux de transformation de la filière immobilière, **February | Patriarche** imagine et conçoit des bâtiments plus « intelligents », capables d’améliorer dans la durée leur efficience énergétique, leur interopérabilité et les services aux occupants.

Nous recherchons **un-e Chief Product Officer** passionné-e et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe et piloter le développement stratégique et commercial de nos solutions de smart building.

Dans ce cadre, les missions pri,ncipales seront:
1. Veille Stratégique et Innovation:

- Mener une veille stratégique continue sur les tendances du marché des logiciels, les innovations technologiques et les pratiques concurrentielles.
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités pour innover et améliorer notre produit Higgins.
- Participer activement à des salons, conférences et événements du secteur pour se tenir informé des dernières tendances et établir des partenariats stratégiques

2. Développement Commercial et Relations Clients:

- Engager des relations avec des prospects et clients clés pour comprendre leurs besoins et adapter notre offre.
- Présenter notre solution Higgins lors de réunions de vente et de démos produits pour stimuler la croissance commerciale.
- Recueillir et analyser les retours des clients pour améliorer continuellement le produit.

3. Réponse aux appels d’offre:

- Piloter les réponses aux appels d’offre avec la participation active des équipes February et Patriarche (techniques, communication ).

4. Stratégie Produit et Roadmap:

- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie produit, y compris la définition des tarifs, des fonctionnalités et des priorités de développement.
- Développer et maintenir une roadmap produit claire, alignée sur les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise et les besoins du marché.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes (développement, marketing ), pour assurer une cohérence entre la vision produit et les actions menées.
- Note : le développement de la solution est assurée par notre software factory.

**Profil recherché**
- Vous disposez d'une expérience avérée en tant que commercial, en gestion de produit, stratégie commerciale et dans le domaine du smart building ou à mínima du bâtiment.
- Mobilité nécessaire pour assurer une présence chez des prospects, salons ou évènements.
- Une connaissance des 2 domaines : digital + bâtiment est importante dans la réussite de cette mission.
- Vous avez une capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
