**Description du poste**:
As the Head of Technical publication team you will:
- Manage a team of two people (+ an apprentice)
- Meet customers and Customer Success teams to ensure our documentation quality
- Interact daily with Product Owners and Directors / Team Leads / Customer Support / Sales Engineers
- Lead the team sprints and priorities
- Suggest and implement improvements on the documentation and its processes
- Train apprentices and other Scality members about documentation
- Launch Test and Automatisation for the doc
**Description du profil recherché**:
As the Head of Technical publication team you will:

- Lead the team sprints and priorities

- Train apprentices and other Scality members about documentation
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Technical Communication, Languages, or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, ideally testing the product(s) and working closely with the
product team
- Experience in managing a team and projects
- Experience in Cloud systems
- Interest in development tools, UX
- Interest in Science and Technology
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Lean development methodology
Technical Skills:
- Writing
- Communication
- Proofreading
- Teamwork
- Sprint planning
- Git, rST, python packages
- Familiar with project and issue tracking software such as Jira and Github
Interpersonal Skills:
- Curious and open-minded, oriented knowledge sharing and able to create synergies between different
teams
- Good communication skills and teamwork, as well as ability to provide clear and organized
documentation for all work performed
- Passionate and current in new technologies
- Eager to learn
