Le client est un acteur majeur du secteur BTP/Construction.
Dans le cadre de ses activités "Cyber", le client recherche un consultant avec un profil profil « Cyber Governance Officer (CGO) » à temps plein, sur l?activité de gouvernance de la cybersécurité.
Cette prestation sera réalisée au sein du Pôle Gouvernance SSI au sein de la direction Cybersécurité du client final.
Vous reportez au RSSI et au RSSI adjoint.
**Missions**:
? Pilotage de l?évaluation de la maturité cyber des SI internes du client.
? Contribution active au Plan d?Assurance Sécurité (PAS) du client et accompagnement des Métiers dans la réponse aux appels d?offre.
? Production des indicateurs (KPI) et tableaux de bord (dashboards) cyber permettant de piloter les activités cyber.
? Animation des différents comités cyber du groupe et participation à l?animation de la communauté cyber pour le client.
? Participation aux études et aux travaux cyber menés au sein du groupe et au sein de la Fédération Nationale des Travaux Publics (FNTP).
? Animation des activités d?identification des risques cyber et tenue à jour de la cartographie des risques.
? Définition et mise en ?uvre de la Politique de Sécurité des Systèmes d?Information, ainsi que des directives de cyber sécurité associées, amélioration continue de ces dernières.
**? Gestion du plan Cyber à 3 ans**: définition, validation par le Comité Stratégique, déploiement et suivi de l?avancement de la roadmap cyber du groupe et auprès de l?ensemble des équipes IS/IT, Cyber et Métiers sollicitées.
? Pilotage du portefeuille des projets et activités portés par la Direction Cyber.
? Veille sur les évolutions de contraintes légales auxquelles le groupe est soumis à travers le monde et les répercutez dans la politique et les directives de cyber sécurité/
? Diplômé(e), idéalement en informatique avec une spécialisation cyber, et justifiez d?au moins 3 ans d?expérience sur une fonction similaire (hors stage).
? Maitrise des fondamentaux dans les principaux domaines de la sécurité des systèmes d?information.
? Connaissance de la gouvernance cyber, les normes et les standards dans le domaine de la sécurité : normes ISO (2700X), cadre normatif (framework) NIST, Guide de bonnes pratiques de l?ANSSI, ?
? Expérience en gestion de projet et/ou déploiement de processus.
? Rigoureux(se), autonome, pédagogue.
? Sens du dialogue, savez animer des groupes de travail et disposez qu?une bonne capacité de synthèse écrite et orale.
? Capacité de travailler en transverse IT/Métiers au sein d?une organisation complexe et de vous approprier les enjeux Métier.
? Déjà travaillé dans un contexte international et justifiez d?une aisance en anglais, tant à l?écrit qu?à l?oral.
? Expérience de pilotage de prestation ou souhaitez évoluer prochainement vers cette responsabilité.
