Description du poste
Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez
Déploiement d’offres : vous travaillez en collaboration avec les équipes internes Adagio & Accor (Distribution, Ventes, Fidélisation, Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, Revenue Management, Business Intelligence) pour augmenter nos revenus en créant et améliorant nos offres, promotions et en déployant nouveaux produits (nouveaux types de chambres, nouvelles prestations annexes etc ).
Audit et process : vous garantissez la conformité des conditions de vente (politique d'annulation, politique de garantie, restrictions de séjour etc.) en effectuant des audits et mises à jours réguliers. Vous améliorez en continu les processus de distribution et de set-up en les rendant plus efficaces et automatisés.
Support aux clients internes : vous agissez en tant que gestionnaire d'escalade « Escalation Manager » pour les problématiques majeures liées au Pricing, à la distribution et à la connectivité des marques. Vous êtes également le relai des équipes Accor sur l’utilisation des outils de distribution Accor chez Adagio (DataWeb, Hotel Distribution).
Communication : vous êtes responsable de la gestion et de la communication de la Newsletter mensuelle de la direction Ventes & Revenu à destination de l’ensemble des résidences Adagio & Access.

Vous êtes méthodique, avec un sens de la communication claire et synthétique ?
Vous aimez collaborer avec de multiples experts ?
Travailler en autonomie sur de nombreux sujets à la fois vous enthousiasme ?
Votre profil nous intéresse : nous recherchons notre nouveau Offer & Activation project manager. Vous serez rattaché à l’équipe « Pricing et Loading » au sein du siège Adagio et travaillerez avec l’ensemble des services, pour assurer la commercialisation de nos offres. Une première expérience dans un métier du revenue management & pricing en hôtellerie est souhaitée. Vous avez un sens des priorités et un esprit d’initiative. La connaissances des systèmes de distribution Accor sont un vrai plus.
Vous maîtrisez le pack Office, avec une solide base Excel.
Vous avez un anglais courant (oral et écrit).
