In this role, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, managing travel, and other administrative tasks. You will also work closely with the leadership team to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel and create detailed itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist in planning and executing company events
- Manage and maintain confidential files and documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team as needed
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in office productivity tools, especially Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (shared calendars, enterprise network, etc.)
- Knowledge of secretarial techniques (note-taking, scanning, filing, archiving, etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Comfortable on the phone
- Versatile and reactive
- Ability to manage budgets is appreciated
- Fluency in French and English is required; Spanish is a plus
