**Position**: Head Baker

**Location**: Onboard Luxury Cruise Ship - Live In (Ocean)

**Contract Duration**:6 Months IN / 2 months OFF

**Salary**: $3200 USD monthly (paid only when working) TAX FREE

**Start Date**: As soon as possible

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the baking operation onboard, ensuring the highest quality of baked goods for our guests.
- Oversee all aspects of the bakery, including production, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Create and execute innovative and delicious baked goods, aligning with our luxury standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Train and mentor bakery staff to uphold our exceptional standards of quality and service.
- Collaborate with other culinary departments to create cohesive dining experiences for our guests.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working on a cruise ship, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of maritime culinary operations.
- Previous experience in fine-dining establishments or 5-star projects, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in culinary arts.
- European passport holder, eligible to work on international cruise ships.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise in baking and pastry arts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
