**Strategic Project Manager (H/F)**

Description du poste
**Le poste**:
Rattaché(e) directement à notre Directeur Retail Autohero, tu piloteras des projets de développement et de transformation pour la direction Retail Autohero, qui regroupe plus de 100 collaborateurs au sein de différents services : force commerciale, SAV, service clients, livraison et flotte de camions, gestion de la vitrine virtuelle... En collaboration avec les managers des équipes, tu identifieras les projets à impact et piloteras leur mise en place dans le but d'optimiser nos opérations et d'améliorer notre expérience clients.

**Tes missions**:

- Assister le directeur Retail Autohero pour mettre en oeuvre notre stratégie,
- Développer des analyses adhoc et aider à la prise de décision stratégique du département,
- Proposer des idées innovantes de process, de KPIs et d’outils opérationnels,
- Piloter de A à Z des projets d'amélioration opérationnelle en collaboration avec les managers : identification de l'opportunité, cadrage du projet, création des process, outils et KPIs, déploiement,
- Collaborer avec d'autres entités du groupe et des partenaires externes pour la mise en place de certains projets.

**Ton profil**:

- Issu(e) d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur, tu as une première expérience réussie dans la gestion de projet, le conseil ou une activité similaire (alternance et/ou stage inclus),
- Tu as un bon sens business et aime collaborer avec des profils différents sur des sujets variés,
- Tu possèdes de fortes compétences analytiques et tu es à l’aise avec la manipulation de données,
- Tu es rigoureux, curieux et organisé,
- Tu parles le français et l’anglais couramment.
