Part of CEVA Logistics and within CEVA Lead Logistics, Reusable Packaging Service supports Industrial and Automotive customers. We help Tier 1s to deliver into the OEMs using our reusable packaging, a safe, sustainable, and traceable solution. We are a leader in pool management and transport optimization making our solution ever more sustainable. A trusted solution for over 2,000 production sites across Europe.Due to enlarged activities, we are looking for a new planner in our planification team.- You will have to manage A pool of Packaging orders between OEM Plants and their Tiers one suppliers.- As a key player of customer supply chain Organization:
- You will have to Define and optimize the transport plan of the customer
- Check supplier order adequation with the defined transport plan
- Check Stock availability and manage the replenishment in order to avoid shortage

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- Analyse order calculated by the system and check its adequation with the transport plan
- Define a transport plan for order not included in Plant Transport plan
- Check availability of the stock for all order included in a transport plan
- Coordinate information with Stellantis or its 4 PL partner regarding transport organization
- Manage all exceptional events (shortage management)
- Analyse and offer transport plan optimization
- Work on Continuous Improvement and KPI
- Follow our liabilities toward customers and alert if it cannot be respected

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree
- +5 years experience in RPS - Reusable Packaging Service supports Industrial and Automotive customers
