- Vous interviendrez dans la practice IT Strategy (550 personnes)

La practice est composée d’un collectif multi-compétences de plus de 500 collaborateurs qui combine compréhension des enjeux business des clients et expertise technologique de premier plan. L’objectif de ces équipes engagées est de contribuer à positionner le cabinet comme le partenaire conseil de confiance des **Chiefs Technology Officer (CTO) **dans leurs **transformations technologiques et organisationnelles les plus ambitieuses**. Une mission qui adresse des clients grands comptes français et internationaux de tous secteurs d’activité : banque, énergie, transport, luxe, services, secteur publicen collaboration avec les autres practices du cabinet..

**[Cloud & Smart Connectivity]** Accompagner les entreprises dans leur transition vers le Cloud et les réseaux de nouvelles générations

**[Organisation IT]** Faire évoluer les organisations pour les rendre plus efficaces et orientées vers la valeur client

**[Sustainable Tech]** Accompagner nos clients dans la mesure de leur empreinte carbone IT et la mise en place de démarche numérique responsable

**[Large IT Transformation & M&A]** Mettre à disposition de nos clients la transversalité de nos expertises et notre savoir-faire en termes de grands programmes pour les accompagner dans des moments clés de transformation de leur IT

**Missions/ Rôle Manager**

Au sein de notre practice, vous serez amené(e) en tant que Manager à:
Apporter une contribution de premier plan dans le **delivery de vos missions** en assurant les **engagements de qualité du cabinet** pour répondre aux attentes de vos clients sur des programmes de transformation IT complexes

**Organiser et animer le travail** d’une ou plusieurs équipes en parallèle sur les missions qui vous sont confiées

Participer activement à la **dynamique commerciale** de la practice en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités business, en assurant la conception et la conduite de propositions commerciales et en participant aux soutenances clients

Participer au **people development** en encadrant des consultants et en permettant leur montée en compétences au sein du cabinet

Contribuer activement aux actions de **développement de la practice** (Carreer Development Manager, gestion de la performance de la practice, recrutement ) et contribuer à la **notoriété du cabine**t (publications, développement de convictions et expertises sur nos offres)

Vous justifiez d’un minimum de** 5 années d’expériences réussies** sur des sujets complexes de transformation IT au contact de clients, **idéalement dans le monde du conseil** ;
Vous avez été responsable, à plusieurs reprises, de l’ensemble des **activités de développement commercial** suivantes : détection d’opportunités business, conception et conduite de propositions commerciales, animation de soutenances clients, identification du staffing associé ;
Vous avez de l’expérience dans la **gestion / direction d’équipes** de taille conséquente et participé à la **montée en compétences** de collaborateurs moins expérimentés ;
Votre curiosité intellectuelle vous permet de comprendre rapidement les exigences et spécificités de vos clients. Vous êtes doté.e d'un** esprit critique et analytique aiguisé**, d'un très bon relationnel et d'un sens prononcé du service et de l'excellence ;
Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un BAC+5 (grande école d’ingénieurs, de commerce ou université) et parlez couramment anglais.
