We automate recurring payment collection and allow merchants to deliver a frictionless payment experience to their customers. As a Sales Development Representative at SlimPay, you'll be joining a team of 3 other SDRs, reporting to the SDR team lead.

You'll be an essential part of our outbound strategy, having an impact on SlimPay's growth, and you'll be able to improve the way our future clients are handling their customer journey.

Being the "first" sales contact with prospective customers, you'll identify the leads in their territory, qualify their interest and fit with SlimPay, in order to develop opportunities for our Sales Executives.

We'll provide you with the tools to conduct a great prospect experience, which will allow an effective sales process.
- **Your responsibilities include**:_
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of SlimPay’s product and offering
- Assess the business potential with consistent methodology and gather related information about prospects and related opportunities (budget, authority - decision maker, need/product fit and timeframe)
- Identify and create qualified opportunities in respect of your territory to target
- Work closely with Sales Executives to handover opportunities according to the process defined and communicated by your leader
- Increase and improve, alongside with our Sales and Marketing teams, our outbound pipeline
- Use all tools and methods at your disposal including Social Selling capabilities to research and identify new prospects
- Manage and update prospect information and activity in the CRM.
- **What do you need to be successful in this position?**_
- 1-3 years of experience
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to persuade and influence others
- Curious, determined and tech friendly
- Fluent in French and English, a third language is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Having a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
