Au sein de la division Advisory & Coverage de Natixis, vous rejoignez le département Capital Structure & Rating Advisory en tant que Rating Advisor Corporates. Le département Capital Structure & Rating Advisory (présent à Paris, Hong Kong, Londres, New York) travaille en relation étroite avec de nombreuses lignes de produits de Natixis, afin d'accompagner les clients de la banque (Corporates et Institutions Financières) dans leurs opérations financières stratégiques. L'équipe de conseil en notation intervient principalement afin d'optimiser les notations des clients, et ce faisant, leurs conditions de financement et leur accès aux marchés de capitaux.
Vous contribuez activement, par votre expertise de conseil en notation, aux efforts d'origination des équipes de la division Investment Banking et des Senior Bankers et à la préparation d'analyses rating ainsi qu'à la production de documents destinés à être présentés à des clients corporates ou aux agences en phase d'exécution de mandat de conseil en notation.
Au quotidien vous avez pour missions de:
- Rédiger des modèles d'analyse financière de clients, en appliquant et en interprétant les méthodologies des agences de notation et présenter des pitches Rating Advisory à des clients corporates notés ou non-notés ;
- Agir comme un point de référence au sein de Natixis sur les problématiques de notation soulevées par les équipes produits (DCM, ASF, Coverage, M&A, ECM, Real Asset) pour les clients du segment corporate et infrastructure et, en fonction de sa séniorité, des partenaires externes (clients corporates, fonds de private equity, agences de notation) ;
- Conseiller et assister, en phase d'exécution de mandat, le client sur l'ensemble du processus de notation ;
- Analyser l'impact d'opérations transformantes sur les ratings d'un client noté ;
- Evaluer les ratings potentiels d'émetteurs non-notés ;
- Estimer la sensibilité du rating des instruments de dette à des scénarios de refinancement précis (recovery analysis, LGD) ;

De formation supérieure, vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en agence de notation et/ou en banque d'investissement en tant que Rating Advisor et dans la gestion de la relation en direct avec des émetteurs corporates à un niveau senior (management meeting agences, pitches, exécutions mandats de conseil).
